Hey, i love the noginskinns theme, but I want to use the small white table at the bottom below "pwered by Coppermine" for a News area.
Where do i go to add my text?

@SaigonK,

please don't post requests on the testing/bugs board.
You can do what you want in the theme/template.html.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
