Before I go and implement a gallery program, I want to know about photo security.
What type of security for my photos does this program offer? ???

it's the nature of the internet.  if you put your pics on it, they are there to be seen.  And once someone has viewed it, they have it.  No right click and other such attempts to stop people having the pics are to all intents and purposes a waste of time.  But there are hacks for coppermine to do this.

You did not explain what sort of security you want.  To stop people using your pics for unauthorised use.  coppermine can put watermarks on pics, depending on your server apps, but it is much better to watermark images before upload.

Do you want to restict access to registered users only.  Coppermine can do this as well.

But unless you use things like .htaccess files, you will not stop people who have the actual full url of any file on your server.

It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
