Hey,

When I choose Danish language and push the "Upload pictures" button and see the page where you to are able to choose how many URI and URL boxes you want i don't see any text on the page. But if I change the language to English I do see the text. Why? and what should I change to see the text?

Joachim Müller

post a link and non-admin test user account please.

www.sexyladies.dk

user: coppermine   pass: coppermine

The page is in danish

Joachim Müller

you have removed the "Powered by Coppermine" tag at the bottom of your page - no support for you! If it wasn't you who removed it, ask the person you got Coppermine from or who installed it for you to restore it.
It's only fair to give credit where credit is due.

Read http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/faq.php#editCopyrights

binauhus

I am sorry to say but is still there. It is just the same color as the background. So I have not removed it.

binauhus

From your link:

You are allowed to change the way the line looks by editing the CSS class to make it fit into the design of your site; edit /themes/yourtheme/style.css, look for the class "Footer" and change it as you wish.

That is what I have done.

Maybe you think you're smart rendering the copyright invisible while claiming it's still there. However if you just would think 2 secs about what you're doing you'd know you're in the bad. So your lil tricks won't help you here

Joachim Müller

it's our decision if we're going to support you or not, you have not purchased the software - it's free.
Rendering the copyright invisible might technically not be the same as removing it alltogether, however you don't give credit where credit is due. As Stramm suggested: smart-assing won't help you here. You will not get supported with the tag removed - that's it. It wasn't you who coded that app, and imo we're not asking for much. Review your attitude - it stinks!

Nibbler

Is this an update from 1.2 => 1.3 ? If so, did you replace the danish lang file during update ?

binauhus

No it is not an update. I downloaded the final 1.3 as far as I remember...

Stramm

can you zip your language file and attach it with your next post?

binauhus

Attached: my language files. They English files do work - the danish files do not (the problem wit upload page)

Stramm

you're using outdated language files (1.2.1 as Nibbler said)... just update them
