Oh no! We're getting an ImageMagick error!

I just installed your program.   We've had a photo gallery on our little site for quite a while, but it was made with standard html pages.    We're going to transfer our old gallery into a Coppermine gallery.   Yesterday was the first time I made albums and uploaded pics.     99% of the time I was batch uploading.   I had no problems.    Today  I gave access to two others to work on getting albums made and pictures uploaded.   They were each adding pics singly using the upload feature.     From what I can dissern, around the same time they both started getting the following error when trying to upload any pics:

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 1


I am also told that around the same time one of the pictures that one of them tried to upload was larger than what I had set the max width or height for uploaded pictures.   I'd had it set to 1024 and this pic is 1200 wide.  This is a scrapbook of pics of member on our site.    It never occurred to me that one of the pics would be that big.   My bad.    He said he got an error.   I don't know what error he got then.   He can't tell me for sure if he got any pics uploaded at all after that before he got the above ImageMagick error.   (I have since gone in and raised the max limit)

The other person that was working on it at the same time said she was getting the error approximately one picture per album.     Then she started getting the above error and she can't upload anymore either.    

I have since tried uploading something by batch, and I got the same error.  


We don't know anything about php, Mysql or ImageMagick.    

Please help us!   What can we do?

switch debug_mode on in coppermine config (at the very bottom of the config page) and try to upload, it will give you a more in-detail error message. Please search this board as well for

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 1
