I want add a new link with text, above picture at displayimage, and this links must be
at russian version on russian, at english version on english... Tell please how can I add such
link, and add it's text to russian lang and english lang files?

Post a link to your gallery and explain where exactly that link is supposed to reside - you might want to attach a screenshot with the section highlighted where the link should go.

When you click on thumbnail, picture is open, and we can see picture at displayimage page. Link must be placed at the top of the picture (above it).

Coded out of the back of my head (without actually testing it), please report back.

There are in fact many methods to add custom content on that page, so you may find other methods to accomplish the same thing, some of them even less complicated. Search for the term "adsense" for details if you want another solution.

The plugin way isn't to difficult as well. Advantage is, that you'll be able to create independent lang files. No core files get modified, no themes touched.

On how to do it... the most basic plugin I've seen is the pixaco plugin. Look for it on the plugins board. If you know some php  then it shouldn't be a big problem.
