Thumnails square/exact size

Hi there,
I'm new here and on Coppermine, and I've been at least 4 days trying that my Album thumbs can show SQUARE and EXACT size 100x100 but I've not been able. And after reading this forum up and down I'm really thinking I'm stupid and silly or something.

I think I'll abandon this. Sorry but I can't do more...

I do attach a capture of my configuration. you see the Features for the Thums: I select EXACT but I can't add value to wight and height because they are missing... Have I to install some plugin more? Really I'm lost

I've created and user as admin:
user: user1
pass: user1

Please, let me know step by step... if I need more features to download...

On the other hand, the "user1" which I've created has permissions of admin

Never, I repeat, never post admin accounts on a public board. This can be used by any person with lil skills to take over your entire server and to lock you out of it.

I've changed the password. Please delete that user asap.

Nevertheless I had a look at your gallery. Everything seems to work.
- read the documentation (both, coppermine and the modpack)
- if you want to crop thumbs you need to set 'Use dimension' to 'exact' (again, to be read in the modpack documentation).
- set max width and hight of the thumbnail to the desired values. If it's 90x80 then it's not good to enter 100x140 (modpack and CPG docs tell you more about this)
