I'm new to CPG, and I found a theme that I was content with, but it seems to be an old theme (I don't know what version).
If someone could please help me out by telling me how to make it compatible with 1.4.

The one thing I noticed with it is that I can't "batch add files," "add new user," or use any of the drop down selectors.

I've zipped the file for anyone to take a look at.

Thanks

You can preview all themes that we're aware of on the demo for cpg1.4.x - just use the dropdown list at the top of the page to browse the themes and see the demo skinned with a particular theme.

You can download all user-contributed themes that we're aware of from our downloads repository on sourceforge.net

Subsequently: if a theme doesn't exist in the downloads section nor the demo page, we don't have it. There's no use in asking for additional themes.

Yep. Did that.
I posted a link to the demo.

Did download it. Doesn't work.
I didn't ask for additional themes.

I'm just trying to learn. Like I said.. I'm new to CPG. But I can't learn if no one helps me.

Please, stop using bold.

Then, read: Converting cpg1.3.x themes to cpg1.4.x if you're sure you're that the selected theme is outdated.

Nevermind. Sorry for the inconvienince.

Is using bold against the rules?
I use it on every board that I am a member of.
Some people need glasses to see. Bold makes it easier for me.

I must say. I've used many of the scripts in in Fantistico Auto Deluxe, and have had problems on occasion. I always go to the support forum for help, and am treated with respect, and spoken to nicely.

Before posting this, I went through other threads, and saw several of the moderators on this board writing pissy responses to the members.
I figured that would happen to me.

If this "job" is so frustrating for you that you have to speak down to people, why the hell are you doing it?
Try a little R-E-S-P-E-C-T and you might get some back.

Thanks for nothing,
and good day!

i didn't see any unrespected answer in the thread.
the theme you used (this one wich is pointed with your link in the very first post) should normaly work with cpg1.4.*. As asked in my previous post, give us a link to your galley.
with so less details it's very difficult to help you.

Yes, you're trying to make your text stand out against other's postings or you're trying to add bold as your personal note.

Then use you're browser's feature to maginify the entire text area if you have impaired eyesight. In fact, there's a lot of aids that you can use on your client that will improve things for you without molesting others.
Writing in all-uppercase or all-bold is considered as shouting on the internet and therefor you're asked to stop that. In my eyes your remark with your bad sight is a lame excuse for your attempt to draw attention to your postings. Anyway, stop it!

We do not support galleries that have been installed using Fantastico or similar auto-installers. Either convert your gallery to a real coppermine gallery by upgrading it as we suggest in our docs or seek support from Fantastico or whoever provides the auto-installer.
