HELP*** Thumbs are stretched and minimal quality

Please, help. I installed modpack to my gallery, I set correctly the config. Now the thumbs are equal, but strerched, minimal quality. Here is my gallery, and there are bad thumbs: http://miley-nuotraukos.us.lt/ . I want, that thumbs to be like here: http://mileyimages.com/

Please use the search facility in future as this very question is asked very often. I must admit though that it is sometimes hard to get the right search term but a little perseverance yields some good results.

Looks like you changed the thumbnail size in the config but haven't rebuilt the thumbs to the new size using admin tools. As a result your old thumbs are being stretched to the new size.

Check out the standard docs on using admin tools to regenerate your thumbs.

Now I regenerated. but thumbs are stretched and minimal quality.

Make sure the image library has the permissions to overwrite the existing thumbs (chmod).
Make sure you recreated the thumbs from all albums.
