Just did an upgrade ... that went smoothly with no problem ... but now I can't load the site at all ... it's saying Fatal error : There was an error while processing a database query. Any suggestion how do I start troubleshooting. thanks!

Casper

First, on the off chance, try this.  Type this after your url, '...../index.php?theme=classic'

If that doesn't work, please post here the full database query error.

If what you have posted already is all it shows, you need to turn on debug mode, by using your database tool to turn it on in the config table.  Browse to the row 'debug_row' and change it's value to 1.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

I recieved the same error. When i turned on debugging mode, here is the error i received:

While executing query "SELECT extension, mime, content FROM cpg11d_filetypes;" on 0

mySQL error: Table 'photos.cpg11d_filetypes' doesn't exist

How do i fix this?

Thanks

Ok,
I figured it out. I just ran the database update and it fixed the problem.

I'm also getting the same error ...

While executing query "SELECT extension, mime, content FROM cpg11d_filetypes;" on 0

mySQL error: Table 'qblaze_YuChing.cpg11d_filetypes' doesn't exist

tried running the update.php a couple of times, still no luck.

i think what probably went wrong was ... I thought I was on 1.0 ... so followed the instructions of upgrading from 1.0 ... but now that I'm look at the DB ... seems like I was on 1.1 all the while???

anyone can help? really lost.

ah .. did a full install all over again ... and all is well now ...  ;D
