I installed the gallery with GD. I can upload successfully with Mozilla/Firefox but in IE I get a CGI Timeout error.  Any ideas?  My users are "USERS" so don't want to  try and have them only use Mozilla. :)  Any insight greatly appreciated.

Link, please, and test user/password if registration is required for upload.

I would appreciate any help on this issue. Here is the username and password along with the link.

I confirmed in IE6 SP2 that uploading failed, although I didn't get any message... it just kept "thinking." It is not specific to your theme because upload failed when using Classic. The problem isn't due to IE SP2 with CPG 1.3.2 because I was able to upload to my own gallery.

Perhaps try uploading the upload.php file?

attached please find my upload.php which I had to zip so I could upload the file.

Thanks

:D Sorry, I had actually meant to reupload the file to your server space. I should have been more clear.

Anyway, it worked out that you shared what your file contained, since I was able to compare what you have with the latest stable version of upload.php. Did you edit it? I see differences such as the use of mysql_query instead of db_query, and  'albums' instead of '{$CONFIG['fullpath']}'. Perhaps someone else can recommend something for you to do with that piece of information.

Thu's right: you're not using the original file. Where did you get the one you attached from. If you have modified it yourself, you should have told us so. Get a fresh coppermine package from our download section (link at top of the screen), extract upload.php from it and replace the version on your server with the original (backup your modified version to preserve your modifications).

That is the original file from the 1.3.2 package, so no point in downloading it again. I see the gallery is running on an IIS server, so I don't know what to suggest other than to add that I couldn't upload either using SP1(in fact attempting to upload managed to crash my IE). Try asking your webhost for support.
