Hi,
I've been looking through this forum trying to get answers to my dilemmas.
All that keeps happening is that I end up spending a lot of time doing things that do not fully accomplish what is needed.

I spent a lot of time integrating cpg 1.3.0 into an alread running message board.::)
http://exactevents.com/forums hosted by http://westhost.com
it works, but it still needs a little tweaking, and i keep hitting dead ends working on my own.

first and foremost, is there an mod or add/on script or something that would make it easier to upload pictures, as oppose to just 10 at a time.  i realize by zipping and uploading would accomplish this, but my buddy can't do that quite yet on his own.  ;)

secondly, what is the best recommendation for watermarking images, I upgraded my image magick to 6.1.x.x   but I believe that GD needs to be upgraded as well.  something simple to add a logo to already created galleries and to future uploads. :P

because of the bridging of the forum and image gallery, is it possible to allow people to view the board without registering, but not be able to view the galleries unless you are registered member.
i believe that if you allow unregistered people to view the board it is synonmously reflected through the gallery permissions.  however if there is a way of doing it, that would rock. :-\\

lastly, is there any modfications, upgrades, and/or add/ons that i should implement to help get full access to all my admin functions, that might be obscured because of the bridging? ???

i've tried really hard to do this all on my own, searching using a lot of peoples threads and responses within this board and http://www.invisionize.com board.

i just feel i'm spending so much time and accomplishing so little because this is the first time i've tried to do this.  i'm pretty good at figuring things out or working with the information available on the web, but i've hit my threshold of time spent on this project. >:(

therefore any help would be extremely appreciated.
maybe there are some threads i haven't seen here or elsewhere.
maybe what i am asking for is not possible.

any answers would help, or if you need information from me.
thank you so much for your time.  8)

You as admin should ftp-upload and batch-add. Others can use xp-publisher. For mods, search the mods board.

There's a whole sub-board dedicated to watermarking mods. Watermarking on the server is not recommended though, you should do this on your client before upload.

You only need IM or GD - both can't be used simultaneously.

huh ???

As you posted so many questions at once in one thread I will lock it - it's impossible to keep track of this thread. Post one question at a time, but only after reading the documentation that comes with coppermine, reading the faq and searching the board.
