Hi,

First of..  GREAT WORK! Just love the new 1.4.x release  ;D

Now to my question regarding password protected albums.
If I have understand it correctly, when setting a password for an album you will override the group settings. Or basically it will be set to "only me".
This will enable anyone with the correct password to view the album, which is great! I have been looking forward to this functionality.

However, in almost all cases that I would like to give access to an album without having ppl registered, all ppl that already ARE registered also want to see the album.
As it is today, all user need to enter the password, even if they are registered and logged in.

Would it be possible to setup an album so that it can be viewed in "old fashion way" by registered users (group setting), but for non registered user they will need to enter a password?

One example:
I put up an album from a wedding. All my family and friends that are already registered (and member of the group Family) is suppose to see the album without enter a password.
To all the people that were on the wedding, I would like to give them a password so they could login and view the photos without having to register.

Is this possible ???

Anyone else having the same need ?

Not a valid bug report, more sort of a feature request.

with the current implementation (i.e. cpg1.4.x): no!
