You are looking at a thread that has been started 7 years ago. It's quite understandable that some of the older links go down after such a long time. This is not related to spam at all - the gallery the poster has refered to just doesn't exist any longer. Look at the most recent links first...

Nice gallery but you are a couple of versions behind so please update - 1.4.25 is you version, current version is 1.4.27 or better still 1.5.8
