I would like to have more ( about 5 fields more than standard has e.g. Filename:, Album name: , File Size:,...etc.) field under pictures in info section and what and when I should change or what ( which files) to get more fields ??? maybe in config ? or db ? or which file I should change?

Look in the Mods/Hack section.  Casper has created a mod/hack to do just what you want.
