Coppermine critical Error?

This is what comes up when I go to the webpage, but I went on there eariler and the site worked. what is wrong?  It seems like some type of error always comes up like almost every day...does this mean that the server is just down?  Please Help because it's turning into a drag...

ah i think i might have 1.3.5 crap wrong category......should i repost? or could you help?

Moved you into 1.3 support section. Verify the information in include/config.inc.php is correct. If you get intermittant db errors it is likely due to your hosting.

really....but when i go to the site.  www.testimonyofrock.com it works. but once  I click on the link to see pictures.  it comes up with that error, it's also messed up viewing the chatter box and the calendar i believe. what do you think is the main problem so i can talk to my webhoster about it?
