Hello,

I am new to Copermine's gallery script. I found it really nice and it is outstanding regular gallerie scripts.

I am the webmaster of a website which already have its own theme settings, with multiple theme choices (in CSS).

I would like to include (with php) the script of Copermine into my pages and thus copermine to leave its own theme driving.

This way my visitors can select themes once, which are displayed on every page of the site, and navigate to the "photo" zone powered by copermine with a perfect integration.

Is it possible? Can you tell me the basis on how to proceed ?

I have read the Documentation before to post this message.

Thanks a lot.

You'll need to create a theme(s) for coppermine that matches your existing ones or maybe you find nice ones here that fit to your actual theme

Ok but how can I synchronize each theme of my website with the theme of copermine (that I'll have to design each by each if I understand well...) ?

There's no out of the box solution (as far as I know). You'll have to make coppermine read your site's cookie to get the theme it's unsing and match it with an own one. Shouldn't be to hard. Just ask on the support board when you've finished your themes and either a dev can help you or in the worst case you'll have to hire a freelancer (if you don't know nothing about php)

Ok so no php include(); function useable at all ? Damn it  :-\

download coppermine, install it and see how it works. It has a template.html that you can pretty much modify and adapt to your current theme. However if you want the copeprmine theme change when your main site theme changes there's additional work to be done

edit: if your theming needs just are adding your sites navigation then that's not a biggie at all.

if you don't need to change the layout, but only colors (using different style sheets), it's pretty easy to accomplish. Take a look at how this is done in http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg13x/index.php?theme=digital_compare for example, using the links at the top left of that page.
