PLEASE HELP ME SOMEBODY!! i dont know how to intall it on my site, and i dont know much about ftp or php or watever. im just soo confused and ive been trying at this for soo long and ive never gotten it. i just want a gallery!!!

i need to know how to install it on my site, how to download and install all the software to my computer, how to upload the pictures, and everything inbetween. i just dont get it.

i tried the tutuorials but they moved by too fast.

and i dont know how to upload the files to my webserver, and thats all it says to do... it doesnt say how to do it. im soo sry but im so clueless.

then read the documentation of your FTP app first and then the documentation that your webhost provides. If the documentation and the tutorials are too hard to understand for you, then maybe you should review your idea to run your own gallery. Sign up with Flickr instead.
