Problem

Ok, I have Read through all the Stickeys and everything but i have a problem.
Here is some images showing it.
Ok first, i choose my file and start uploading:

Then secondly, I get the Successful page Ready to put in a album:

No heres the problem, When i click on Continue This comes up:

Ok, I went through that but it still comes up with the same error when i try to upload.
I can upload files Smaller then 300KB but when i raise the Picture Size in Config it still comes up with the same error.
Can Anyone help?

    * Go to the config screen
    * Scroll to the bottom of the page
    * Expand the "Maintenance settings" section by clicking on it
    * Enable debug mode for everyone
    * Leave display of notices switched off
    * Save the new settings by clicking on "Save new configuration"
    * Go to the "groups" panel
    * Set the upload form configuration for all groups to "Single file uploads only" (set File upload boxes to "1", URI upload boxes to "0" and No. of boxes to "fixed")
    * Save your new settings

php/ apache settings don't allow uploading / processing of bigger images, you or you host have to change these settings
