Can I configure CPG to play video from external link?
So I dont need to upload the file to my server
I have ask the video admin and he said that I can hotlinking the video.

No. But you can post a link to the file in a description of a regular image that is hosted on your account.

If you use a comptible ASX video reader like Windoows MediaPlayer, like here in my CPG-ng test site :

or inside an another Coppermine :

You can copy and paste this code, and save it as Rav4.asx on your hard-drive, then upload this one to your Coppermine, that's all. Only 998bytes in your Coppermine, and a lot of band on my host

1) Regular users can't give/take karma - this priviledge is limited to certain groups on this board.
2) Read custom thumbnails up in the docs. There's no automatism though

You must take a screenshoot, resize, and save it with your video name, plus thumb_ before. That's all.

How do you know? I can't see who gave me karma, I wonder how you were able to find out who rated your karma. Don't draw false conclusions :-\
I will not give you positive karma for this particular hack: I don't like the idea of remote storage, as there will be people who abuse it and steal other's bandwidth.
