We have a gallery on our website, and are pretty clueless as to how to modify it.  We have been into admin and tried our best, but none of us are computer fundis. Our computer guy is on assignment, but says that what we need is not a big deal, and should be pretty quick and easy.

Here's what we need:

* remove admin approval, so that users can upload directly
* need to give users access to upload into any folder
* need users to be able to upload multiple photos into 1 post

Look forward to hearing from someone who can help us.

Sami

to remove admin approval you need to:
disable Notify admin of user upload awaiting approval under config=>user setting
‍I don't answer to PM with support question
Please post your issue to related board

Abbas Ali

And also turn off Uplaod Approval from group manager page.

Doesn't turn off admin approval, but only the notification emails about it. Solution suggested by Abbas is the correct one.

OK - problem solved.  Thanks all for your help.  Can someone mark this thread as 'Done'?

Actually, you didn't pay anyone. You shouldn't have posted in the freelancer/paid support section in the first place, as no particular hack was needed, but just reading the docs would have been enough. Moving from paid support to regular support board.
