Gallery no longer working

Coppermine gallery was working fine up until a couple of days ago, but  I now get the message

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'include/functions.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/srcmccou/public_html/gallery/include/init.inc.php on line 173

when I try to open it. Have upgraded to the latest version of Coppermine, but still problem persists.

Gallery is at http://www.srcmc.co.uk/gallery/index.php

Any ideas as to what the problem may be.

Although not answered in the post referenced - you may find it useful to have a good look at whether the permissions have changed. In this case the permissions had changed.

Not sure if the permissions have changed due to a vulnerability in the package or through the system admin. Deletion and file replacement solves the problem.
