I have a problem with the installation..please help me

when installing i get this error:  MySQL error was : Access denied for user 'hiladuff'@'ns20.altervista.org' (using password: YES)

and in MySQL Host
(localhost is usually OK)  i put my server: altervista.org

please help me!!

Why did you put ns20.altervista.org in MySQL host field? From the name it seems that it is a nameserver rather than database server. Try using localhost.

if i put rs.20.altervista.org  it say this error MySQL error was : Can't connect to MySQL server on 'ns20.altervista.org'

Did you try "localhost"? When in doubt, ask your webhost for the mySQL data you have to fill in, we can't guess this for you.
