Working for 1 year Suddenly tons of problems

Hi, I have widely searched the forum. I'm really no expert LOL, My gallery was working fine for more than a year. Today I wanted to upload some pictures but when I got to the index.php file, I saw it was listing some errors, which I don't know really what they mean. The error message is:

I really have made an effort searching for a related topic in the forum, but everyone is haveing similar problems when installing. I had this thing running pretty well long before this problem arose. CAN ANYONE HELP ME???

config=>Maintenance settings=>Display notices in debug mode
turn it off by set it to No
and disable debug mode if it's enable

You should upgrade to 1.4.9. Support for 1.3 is running out soon... the end of this month I think... or maybe I just imagined that info.
