Hello all,

I've been using Coppermine Gallery for a while now I have few issues.

1. No e-mail notification is being sent to the Administrator about NEW MEMBER registration.
2. If option is changed, no e-mail is sent to the user to activate him/herself.

So all new users who register stay NOT ACTIVE untill I dont activate them from Control Panel inside the gallery one by one.
How can I solve this ?

Is coppermine configured properly to enable it to send emails in the first place? A good place to test is the ecard feature. Post a link to your coppermine-driven gallery and a non-admin test user account with permissions to send ecards and permissions to change the email address without need for approval if you want supporters to look into this.

I'm not sure where the e-card option is.....i just lookd through the KONFIG again...please check it out yourself.

You're using cpg1.4.4, while the most recent version is cpg1.4.10. It's mandatory to upgrade before doing anything else. Won't look into your issues before you are done upgrading. Please reply once you're done.

Updated.

PLease log in as a testor to check the notification situation.
Still can not receive e-mail when regestering new user. tested it after update myself.

Sending ecards works fine, so your server is configured to send emails in the first place. Maybe the emails actually do get sent, but are being caught by spam filters. Review your anti spam mechanisms and whitelist the emails coming from your server.
