delete orgi_***.

hello , i wanted to know how to delete every orig_ pic from my webspace. because they arnt getting used and wasting loads of my space.. i tryed using admin tools to do this but it dose not remove the files from my webspace.

any help ? , thanks in advance

Check if all's OK with your permissions and that you checked that switch:

permission is fine.. but now for sum reason i have little tiny squares on a lot of my images/thumb's , not sue what i have done wrong

I've still problems finding a pic/ thumb with one of those 'tiny squares'. The link you posted leads to an image that has been deleted (at least thumb and image don't show up for me -> lauras_pictures_173.jpg )

yes wel that is my problem. nearly all ov my picturs have been deleted some how , but the orginal fles are still on the server. i would like to replace the missing files. with the originals . is this porrisble or do i have to loose all these images?.

if the origs are on the server you can recreate intermediate, fullsized and thumbs

And that's the result I get when submitting my request. That way it can't recreate the images when Apache prohibits the admin tools from executing

How to delete pis is described in the docs... but it's better (and probably faster) to fix your (permission)  problems. Properly chmod the albums dir and all subdirs. Same for all the files in these dirs.

ther permissions is al set right.. ? i have no trouble when trying to delete or edit inside the /albums/ dir ..

i would just like to delete every missing image all at once , so i havint got those little squres

therefore you'd need to write a lil script... one that queries the db for all pics and then checks if the thumb/ intermediate exists
