I have followed the instructions left and it seems like it wants to work, but now my error is:
Error: config file ./gallery specified but was not found.

But I cant find anything to fix this, can someone help me. my gallery is:

My last post in there still stands true.  You are mixing the new version with the old way of doing this:

That documentation is valid for the version 1.9.x and on...

I suggest reading it, and posting comments to that thread if you have any.  It also covers the problem you are having.
