Can't login at all

When I go to login, it accepts my username and password, but it goes right back to the login page.  Like the cookies aren't working.  It doesn't give me the "browser does not accept scripts cookies" error like it usually does.  (which is a problem other times.)  I also have users who use IE, and they will work fine when they register and login the first time, but when they come back later, they get cookie errors and can't login.  I tell them to make sure they are accepting cookies and they swear they are. Please help.

I can login from Firefox without any probelms.

I don't see any problems. I've logged in and out several times and all's working as expected.
Try clearing your cookies.
