I am batch uploading and some upload fine but uploading some newer pics file size 3mb or so but on all listing were it should be displaying the OK image it is just red X for all of them and nothing is added

any ideas?

Yes: do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs if you want support. Additionally, post a deep link to one of the files you're having issues with.
