Another server overload

I am using IXWebhosting and they contacted me again that the website is causing a server overload. I searched for threads like this but I didn't find what I need to do. Here's what they said.

We have a shared hosting environment that we must maintain at a certain level of performance. This performance is monitored and balanced by us, however there are times when accounts can cause the server's load to increase degrading the performance for all other customers on this server.

       To protect your account from further action you must agree to our request for compliance. Please respond to this message stating your intent to do so. You may either log into your control panel with us, and access this ticket via the 24/7 help desk, or provide this ticket number to our Live Chat or phone representatives.

       Please contact us to resolve this matter.

Please note that this is the second time this problem occurred. Unfortunately, I have to bring to your attention that as per our terms of service a third instance will result in immediate account termination without notice. No backups will be provided. They disabled the database that's why we are getting the error. I am asking them to re enable the database as of the moment. I don't know how long it will take them to take action on that.

The random files block should not be used on large galleries. To advise more I need to see the  complete query they posted.

Threatening to terminate you without notice and without backups is a bit of a worry. If possible and just in case you should make a backup of your entire site and database asap.

I don't like this attitude. Rather than acting like that a little help might be better or even limiting your resources to take the load off others on your shared hosting.

Seems to me like you have set up very complicated permissions settings. Once your site is back up, disable the random thumbs as suggested and then post here.

http://tvscreencaps.com/sql/update.sql shows that you're running an outdated version, so you should update immediately. Additionally, turn indexing off - it's not a bright idea that visitors are capable to browse the content of folders.

That's possible, as you are running an outdated version that contains known security flaws. Read the thread that people always get refered to when they ask about having been hacked. Search the board first before asking and respect the "one issue per thread" policy in the future.
