Hi there,
My site is http://www.pfeiffertheface.com/gallery

I'm trying edit/crop my thumbnails: when I click on "Use the original image to crop the thumbnail", I'm receiving the error message: "Can not copy work file"

I've been looking for this issue in this forum, but the entry I've found tells that I have change permissions on folders (I did), files (I did), in configuration 777 or 755, clear cookies, re upload Modpack... etc but I didn't get something.

How could I solve it?
Thanks a lot in advance.

Stramm

upload a testpic (coppermine web interface), then try to crop a thumb using this image.

I'm so sorry, I don't undertand about "testpic (coppermine web interface)"

Stramm

just upload a pic using the upload button (not the batch add functionality)

pfeiffertheface

Ok, thanks.
I tried upload a pic through the boxes-upload

I'm getting this message:

Information:

0 uploads were successful.

Error Report:

The following uploads encountered errors:

File Uploads:

1. p03.jpg - Impossible to move.

Properly setup your gallery as described in the docs, especially make sure you have an edit directory with correct permissions in your albums folder. If that doesn't help you, read the upload troubleshooting section of the docs and do as suggested there. Once http upload is working cropping should be fine also. Not a modpack issue though.

OMG! I got finally!! I was coming crazy with that issue!
I changed the permission in edit directory and it finally works!

THANKS A LOT FOR YOUR TIME AND DEDICATION!
