HI!
Is there a way to have a picture linked into several albums?
i mean for exemple i upload a picture of an actor into album A (eg album for a certain movie) but this also could go to to album B (which is a collection of actor pics)
Can i make it that the pic will appear in both albums?

You could upload it into as many albums as you want

I've been wanting this for a long time now.  It's supposed to be in the next release.  Tarique has implemented it already, but we have to wait until CPG 1.3 is final and then soon afterwards hopefully we'll get it.  Here's a thread that discusses it.

thanks. i have been needing this badly. and it's not the same as doing multiple uploads of same pic, as the comments, ratings etc wouldn't be shared.
any idea when the next version will be released?

STRiDOR

I know what you mean about comments and such.  I'm not sure when, I've asked a couple of times but haven't been given an ETA.  Hopefully soon!  I've actually stopped organizing my albums because I know I'll be shuffling them around a lot when I get this feature.  No need doing repeat work.

just saw that there is a beta for 1.3.0. However i would need the beta for phpnuke? Is there such?

Casper

Version 1.3 will be released as stable when it's ready.

There is already a version 1.3 for cms (nuke etc), but as this is developed by a different team, will have some different features, and may not have some in the  standalone version.  Whether Tariques changes will work on the cms version is not known.

For the cms versions, see;

It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
