Adding more than 2 categories

Hi , I would like to know how I can add more than 2 categories in a Gallery or exactly 3 categories like in this Gallery :

Right now is private , only admins can see the website and gellery , needs an password .

I know that I can add all the categories that I want , but I refer me to have 2 categories assigned or added to the main categorie.
Like in this Gallery : http://www.rose-mcgowan.com/gallery/index.php?cat=3

From main categorie "Television Series"  we can see other 2 categories :
1) "Nip/Tuck (2009)"
2) "Season 6"

And from last categorie called "Season 6" we can see added 9 albums

This is what I want to do in my gallery but I don ´t know how can I do it.

No, that's not an option. Security by obscurity is nonsense. Post a link to your gallery publicly now if you want support. If you can't/won't do that, go away, as we can't support you in that case.

My web is not finished for this is private , at this moment.
If you have not finished something will put for all people see it?
I have to put all in order , including Gallery for make it public .

When you can make it available for us to see come back. At the moment it is impossible for us to tell what is wrong without seeing it so any information can only be generic. As I for one don't quite understand what your problem is there is not a lot I can offer to assist.

We're not "all people". We're just a bunch of supporters who don't care if we see a web page that is not totally finished, because that's what we do quite often: we visit pages where users have issue with galleries that they're currently busy coming up with. So no, I don't get your point: I don't run naked in front of complete strangers, but I certainly have no problems if a doctor's receptionist can see me in my underpants when I'm waiting to see my doctor. Why are you so shy to tell us that dang link?
