I'm not sure if this is related to .20 or not, but after updating, then going to Manage categories, not much works. The page looks fine, but I click the edit pencil and nothing happens. If I select the category from the drop down I can't edit or even see the thumbnail already set for it. I managed to create a new subcategory, but then could not delete it. I re-uploaded all the .20 files - same result.

I can't tell you whether or not that happened with .18.

I then switched to Firefox - all okay, phew!

This is with Windows 7 64bit, IE9 64 bit and 32 bit.

At work now. Windows XP and IE8 work fine to Manage categories.

If I remember correctly we haven't changed anything at the category manager.

That's just a simple link (<a href=....), so it should work in every browser.

Erm, sorry, but where exactly do you see a drop-down to select categories for edit?

I've currently no access to IE9, so maybe someone else can confirm if it's a general issue with IE9 or just an individual issue with your machine.

This is with Windows 7 64bit, IE9 64 bit and 32 bit.

With Windows 7 64bit, IE9 I could not reproduce the issue using the Curve and Eyeball themes.

Try using one of the themes that came with the package.

No problems here in Windows XP IE8, Firefox , Chrome,  or Windows 7 IE9,  Firefox, Chrome.
Running SMF 2.1.4  / Tinyportal 3.0.1, bridged with Coppermine 1.6.25, plus cpmfetch 2.0.0

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

Thanks for your reports. So it's probably just a client-side issue.

Russ_

Okay thanks. Just checked again in IE9 and still not working properly there, but I use FF mostly anyway. Just thought I should report it.
Kinda weird though.
Thanks everyone.

Try it with a standard theme.
example: (your site . com/index.php?theme=curve)

If it works, then see the docs about updating custom themes.
http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/theme_upgrade_14x-15x.htm

You could also use your FF error console on the non-functioning page(s) to see what is going amiss.
