Blank screen after install

After I installed the latest version of Coppermine, it tells me I can log in, however, when I try to go and do so the whole screen is blank. The install was clean, had no issues. I followed the instuctions. changed the album and include settings to 777. Not sure what the issue could be. I have never had this issue before. Any help would be appreciated.
