I have turned on EXIF on the Admin CP, I use the XP uploader to resize and upload my pics

I dont see no exif info on the picture details info

Any ideas ?

XP_Publisher eats the exif data (complain @ Redmond), you'll have to use another tool to upload. As gallery admin, using ftp-upload and batch-add is recommended ("regular" users can't have this option).

But with ftp upload and batch add .. it wont do the auto-resize ... correct ?

The original pic will not be resized using btach-add.
It's recommended you do batch-resizing on your client before you upload: it's faster, has better quality and is less resources-consuming. Using the right software will make this process simple and fast. My recommendetaion is using IrfanView (using it's batch-converter).
