[Done]: Adding Pic Limit Feature to Usergroup.. Can you do it?

Heres what I would like to see..   Where you have your usergroups, you have your re4gisted, admins, etc..   to the right you can set their allowable upload, if they cane rate, etc.  Well..  I need to be able to have an option to limit the number of pictures able to be uploaded by that group....  say registered users are only allowed 1 pic on the site at a time.  They will also need the ability to delete their old photos (or just make it so that whn they upload a new photo, it overwrites the old one). 

All of this needs to be done with the users using thepublic gallery.  None of these users will be given private folders, etc. to use.

both issues have been requested before, so far nobody has come up with a hack - will not be that easy. I don't want to spoil this thread, but I guess you will have little feedback because it's not that easily done.

i saw that the mod is just for CPG version 1.2.x only.
is it ok for 1.4.5 or will it be in a new version of cpg?

if you are talking about the documentation in the site i did not find something to help me limit the users pic to 1 for user.

i think its a basic option tho...
