I made my registered test users albums, only viewable by other registered users, now when a visitor comes to the site he/she will see "no image to display", which is fine, but I am hoping to edit this line and enter "You must register to view albums / photos".  I mapped to themes/hardwired and am using 'nano' to edit the code, the one template.html looks like the one I need to edit, but I do not see the register section.

Is 'nano' the wrong editor to use, am I looking in the wrong place or is this not editable?

Thanks again,

~Jeff

Look in the pertinent language file in the lang folder. Do a search for "no image to display" and replace.

You just need any regular text editor to do this.

Casper

It's in your language file.

Look for 'no_img_to_display', and edit the phrase accordingly.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

Thank you "TranzNDance and Casper" ... it worked perfectly.

There is the official way of doing this, as explained here in the faq, which means you don't even have to change the album settings.
