I have three subdirectories under the albums directory: userpics, nyc, and camping.

Whenever I try to use batch add, only the userpics folder is displayed. I cannot add any new photos because none of the directories will display in the directory list! All albums and pics are CHMODed to 777 and still nothing.

What am I doing wrong??

Tranz

That is really strange. If anything, other folders should show and the userpics folder would not be visible. Do you have the latest version 1.3.2? Where did you get the coppermine installation files?

Joachim Müller

the userpics folder is not meant to be displayed at all in cpg1.3.0 or better. Please post a screenshot what directories are being displayed, I think your posting has to be the other way 'round...
A link to your page, together with a test account (non-admin) with upload permissions might be helpfull as well.

Hmm...the version is Coppermine Photo Gallery v1.3.0-Nuke and I downloaded it from this site as "Coppermine for CMS."

I too thought this was weird. Should I just use the full version instead?

Thanks.

uclamathguy,

You posted in CPG 1.3 Standalone Support, which has the following description:

QuoteSupport for cpg1.3.x (standalone and with bbs integration, but NOT cpgnuke!)- please post in the appropriate sub-categories if applicable.

If you are not using the given application version, you should not have posted in the board for it would be confusing to supporters and a waste of time for both parties to address an issue that is not pertinent to the application.

You could have posted in another general section, or at least specified that you were using the CMS version. Please show consideration to supporters of any application by providing as much information as possible.

If you had looked further down the boards, you would have seen this:
QuoteCPG 1.2 PHPnuke/Postnuke Support
This used to be the support board for the PHPnuke/Postnuke port of Coppermine. It has been locked because nuke support has moved, please read the stickies to find out more!

Casper

You can search for answers at www.nukephotogallery.com, but you will get no support there, as it is no longer live.

Or you could ask at www.cpgnuke.com which does not deal with coppermine for cms, but that is where the developers of it are now.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

Joachim Müller

moving this thread to the deprecated nuke support board.
