i've coppermine 1.3.2 running on my server
i get this error accessing any thumbnail

Try replacing all the files in your include folder, EXCEPT config.inc.php and install.lock.

Did you upgrade recently and did not run update.php ?

Try running update.php your config table should have an entry for "default_sort_order"
