BUG: group permissions not checked on ran/recent images.

the group permissions are not check when displaying random or recent addidions. This needs to be addressed, ESPECIALLY as dev is working on the PRIV_ALBM mod and as I am working on the COPPA mod and 13+ 18+ 21+ would a HUGE nono if they saw an image that was rated above thier group.

Group permissions are respected in all meta albums, at least on unmodified installs.

As Nibbler said, please post an actual example, and a link.

it was a P.E.B.K.A.C. error. helps if you actuyally SET the "viewable by" in the album.
