I want to be able to set my gallery so my registered users can create albums instead of having to go through the "My Gallery" section. Is there a way to do that?

They can create albums, but only in the user galleries category, and only if you have allowed it in the groups settings.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
