user/admin feature got broken

i dunno how it happened was working fine, but today, with my admin user tried to switch in used mode, when i click the link it says that is going in user mode, but when reloads the page it's still in admin mode

also when tried with another regular user on the top is link for switching to user mode....?

Try deleting your cookies.

Regular users also have an admin mode and user mode, if you allow them to have personal albums.

I'm sure you've already thought of this, but on my system, sometimes I have to "refresh" the page after I make the change in order to see the new menu options. It happens quite often to me.
