New users don't have "permission" to register?

Hello,

I just installed the latest version of Coppermine and successfully uploaded several photos.  However, when new users click the email link to confirm their registration, they immediately get the message "You don't have permission to access this page"!

I created a test account (as non-administrator) and got the same message.  I clicked the email link again later and was successfully registered that time.  How do I prevent other users from getting the permissions error message when completing their registration?

Were you still logged in as admin when you attempted to activate the new user ?
