i can't upload files anymore why?

i've been using cpg album photo for almost three month and it wor perfectly...very great software...
but now i can't upload pictures anymore why?i keep on receiving the following message:

Looks like your host has recently changed/upgraded the server configuration. Ask your host and see what the permissions are on the albums directory.
