Contact your host and give them those error messages.  They will have to enable them, otherwise you won't be able to use Coppermine.

@Dave, afaik there are regional differences between tripod accounts, but coppermine could be run even without chmod permissions if the webserver is set up properly imo.
@uRZuZ: if everything else is working as expected and you only encounter those warnings, go through coppermine's code and put an @ sign directly in front of all chmod commands (making chmod become @chmod) to silence the output of this message.
