I have CPM 1.32 + ipb20 bridge,
how i can setup vote ability only for one picture per member account.. Thanks!

such a hack doesn't exist yet. This is not a matter of bridging or not, it'd require coppermine core code changes - you would have to keep track if a user has already voted and disable voting for further pics if true.
