batch add files problem

Hi, here's my problem:

I created subfolders in the directory albums/subfolders...

Then, I added files using smartFTP.

And when I go on the web site, log on and all, and that I go in the section batch add files, it is written

Not writable just beside every directory.

for example:

Select directory     
   
Stageline   Not writable.


So what's with it

Did you set permissions as stated in the documentation?
