Can I use this on an official website that sells merch...

I am setting up the official website for someone in the music business and on the site there will be also be merch for sale, so i guess you could say it's a commercial site. does this mean i cannot use coppermine on the site? it's not used on the merch section, just a photo gallery for the person.

You can use the gallery however you want. Our only requirement is that the copyright notice in the footer remains intact.
