registration problem

for my photogallery visitors have the option of registering, when they recieve their confirmation e-mail and click the activation link it doesnt activate the account, they get a 404 page can not be found page. does anyone know what the problem might be? thanks.

You almost certainly have the target address for ecards set incorrectly in config. Verify that is the correct url to your site. Please post a link to your site if your config looks ok.
