There has been not only possibility to upload pictures user's gallery, upload over ftp nor over http?

not sure what you mean. Read the docs, then try to re-phrase your question.

If you are asking that whether it is possible to upload via FTP (Batch Add) for the user in their user galleries, then the answer is no. That feature is only for the admin.
